Terms & Conditions
1. Shortlisted Participants of the contest must agree to obey all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organizer/Company.
2. The Participants of the ModelINDIA should be between 18 and 28 years of age as of 31st December 2023. Organizers/companies are asked to produce their age proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver's license, etc.).
3. The participant must be 5 Feet 5 Inches (Female) and 5 Feet 8 Inches (Male) and must be Single unmarried and not engaged.
4. The applicant should be of Indian Originality, and hold a valid passport.
5. The Participant’s immediate family should not be linked to any person employed /Hired in the contest sponsors companies, their sub - sub-subcontractors, or any of the judges. In case of such a relation, the Participant must disclose the same immediately to the Organizer/Company
6. The Participant should not be under any commercial contract / Bond with any modeling agency, production House, Casting agency, or other related to the fashion industry at the time of appearing for the auditions. If the Participant had any contract or bond with anyone please bring a NOC from said agency.
7. The Participant must participate in a discipline throughout the ModelINDIA 2023.
8. The ModelINDIA Organisers or company are not responsible for any loss or physical injuries that occur to the Participant on account of their participation in the event.
9. if Participant provides Incorrect information He / She will be disqualified at any stage of the contest.
10. The judge's decision is final at any stage and Participant is binding in all the cases.
11. Till the final event Only the Participant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
12. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer / Company.
13. If any dispute is raised during the event of the contest The Organizer's / Company's decisions are final and binding on all Participants.
14. All legal disputes are held only in Chandigarh court.
